Head to this historic town for the world’s largest outdoor Halloween party. The city is holding several events from a Festival of the Dead to Salem Trolley’s Haunted Pub Crawl. Americans biggest public Halloween celebration for the last 36 years has been New York City’s Village Halloween Parade.
